How to Send Postcards and Letter
If you want to send one-off postcards, go to Contacts then select the contact you want to send the postcard to. Click "Send Postcard" at the top.
The Postcard Gallery will open where you can customize the design of the postcard you want to send.
You can choose from the design Templates. You can mark templates and save them as Favorite by clicking on the heart on the right side of the design.
Or you can also create your own design by clicking "New Design".
You can select which size you want for postcard. When you select a size, it will only show you templates available in that size.
You can select which industry your business is in.
When you click "New Design," you can choose to create a design from scratch or upload your own print into the system. On the right-hand side, you'll see the price of the postcard you're setting up.
The "Design" tab will show you the designs you've created or customized.
If you want to send the postcard in bulk, click "Contacts" at the top and select the contacts you want to send it to.
"Orders" will show you the summary of your order including the Order ID, Batch ID, Status, Recipients etc.
"Invoices" will show you the total amount you'll pay for your order.
You can update your account information, mailing address and payment method in "Settings". You can also set your Budget Type to Unlimited, Monthly, Daily or if you want to manually approve orders.
You can automate the sending of the postcard by setting up a workflow. Go to Automation > Workflows then create a new workflow. Your trigger could be when a specific tag is added, the system will send the postcard to the contact that has the tag.
Then add the action step "Send A Postcard".
You can also add an action step to notify you or your team that a postcard has been sent if you prefer. You have the option to choose the type of notification you'll receive, email, SMS or an app notification.
You can add more actions to your workflow. When finished with your setup, don't forget to publish your workflow and hit Save.
